Express delivery costs £5.99 per order (2 to 3 working days)
All deliveries need to be signed for.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit, subject to adhering to our Returns Procedure below:
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of the order purchase date, or within 7 days of receiving your items in the case of a pre-order.
Items must be returned from the original shipping address with the original Delivery Note, Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
Items must be placed in the original shipping package in their unused, original condition with all product tags attached including any related accessories included and mailed to: Simply Grace Tots, 62 Ballards Way, Croydon CR2 7JN
We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service when shipping your return. Simply Grace Tots Ltd is not liable for the shipping of returns or any returns lost in transit.
We Reserve The Right To Refuse Any Returns That Do Not Adhere To The Above Procedure.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and inspected and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays). A refund will be credited to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please note refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or bank.

EXCHANGE & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Currently orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest that you return your order to us within 7 days of the shipping date for a refund ensuring the return conditions are met. A new order can then be placed separately through our website
For defective products, please contact us at to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
